Establish crisis intervention and restorative justice centers that provide emergency shelter, legal services, and counselling for women and girls exposed to violence against women and girls.
Establish partnership, collaboration, and networking with faith-based and, community
organizations, charitable institutions, and relevant stakeholders towards sharing of experience, expertise and resources
Coordinate cultural, and educational exchange programs with relevant institutions in
Ethiopia for technical skills transfer in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders in the USA and Ethiopia.
Provide cultural and country awareness training for volunteers and exchange program
participants who travel to Ethiopia; Facilitate and coordinate visa issuance and logistics.
Grant writing/fundraising, resources-solicitation and channeling, fiscal management, evaluation, strategic planning, and reporting.
Peace through sustainable development: resettling the internally displaced persons and returnees in Ethiopia
